VACUUM SEALERS

Ideal for vacuum/gas flush packaging in food, medical and clean room applications. Sealer is equipped with a stainless retractable nozzle. Depending on the model of the machine, material up to 31" can be sealed with a 1/4" seal width of. Vacuum , purge, seal and dwell time are all controlled by solid state timers with a high degree of accuracy in the MPV and GVS series. The impulse sealing system is utilized so there is no warm up time. Custom metal Venturi vacuum pump increases compressor life and provides a greater air flow. This also increases the cycles of the machine. No moving or electrical parts are involved. Options such as gas flush/purge, work shelf, stand, and feeder tray are available.

DZ-280/2SD is an 11" cream color plastic vacuum sealer. It has a controlled heat-seal timer and an automatic over heat warning indicator. The sealer is energy efficient, compact & portable in size. Very simple to operate. No compressor is needed. It gives a 2 line seal.

. Easy to Operate The DZ-300/2SA is ideal for vacuum sealing food, medical supplies, clean room products, electronics, or other items that need to be kept fresh and dust-free.
The impulse sealing system is utilized so there is no warm-up time.
The unit is made of gray-colored plastic and will seal
up to 11” wide poly nylon vacuum pouches.
The sealer includes: 15 pcs. of 8” x 10”, 5 pcs. of 9.5”
x 12” vacuum pouches, and 1 shock absorption mat.

Operating Instructions:
1. Place the vacuum sealer on the shock absorption mat.
2. Switch lock hooks on both sides to “Open” to release the Sealing
Jaw.
3. Turn Power Switch to ”ON.”
4. Set Sealing Time.
5. Turn on Vacuuming & Sealing Function by pressing the Function
Selector button.
6. Set deflating time.
7. Put contents in the bag and insert the bag into the air nozzle.
8. Pull down the Sealing Jaw and lock using the electromagnet.
9. The sealer will automatically go through the vacuuming and
sealing process. The sealing jaw opens automatically
accompanied by “beep” noise when the cycle is complete.
