Heat Sealers portable, lightweight and versatile sealers can be used
anywhere. Ideal for sealing irregular packages. Heavy duty with high impact
ABS thermalplastic casting. A 5-15 minutes warm up time is needed for the
KF series.
KF-150PS
is a heat sealer. It makes a perfect strong 6" long and 1/18" wide seal on
poly bag and other thermoplastic materials. The upper jaw holds the metal
sealing bar with a 275 degree F sealing temperature and is covered with a
teflon cloth. The bottom jaw holds the resilient silicon rubber. Seals
polyethylene or polypropylene up to 6 mil thick.
KF-150CST
is a direct heat sealer, equipped with 2 heated 9/16"
(15mm) wide and 6" long serrated jaw. Ideal for sealing cellophane, coated
aluminum foil, kraft paper and other thick materials. The temperature switch
has 2 temperature settings. 350, & 450 degree F. KF-150CST is teflon
coated. It can be used as a heat sealer.
KF-772DH
is equipped with two heated 3/8" wide and 10 mm long serrated jaws and two
temperature settings, 180 & 210 degree C (350 & 450 degree F). Ideal
for sealing poly packing cases such as clam shell and other similar types
of containers. Handle remains cool during operation.
WT-250
is a heated wand. The heated bar is 10" . Ideal for sealing irregular packages.
Great care is needed in using this gadget.
ASPAL On-Pak
(PT-V) Aspal On-Pack (PT-V) Ultrasonic Clam Shell Sealer is an ultrasonic
welder. Material is welded by using ultrasonic wave. It is safe and easy
to operate. The sealing jaw is 3mm x 6mm. The oscillating frequency is 60
khz. Ideal for sealing clam shells or for tacking. No warm -up time needed.

Heat Sealer's Impulse Hand Held sealers are ideal for sealing polyethylene
and laminated foils. Applications include sealing around oddly shaped products
including drum or box liners or for sealing around large objects such as
furniture.
Each sealer is lightweight and portable. The operator simply squeezes the
handles to open the jaws and clamps on to the film being sealed. A start
button located on the seal jaw is activated. An indicator light on the main
housing signals the start and finish of the seal cycle. The heat cycle is
controlled by a timer on the main housing. The operator simply increases
or decreases the heat as desired. Upon completion of the cycle, the operator
again squeezes the jaw, releasing the sealed product. All controls are solid
state. An eight foot power line cord and eight foot sealer cord is standard.
Options include flat band elements (1/8, 3/16, ¼ or ½ inch), wire
cut elements, or a cold cut wire. A 220 Volt option is also available. Each
unit comes complete with a two-year warranty, detailed operating instructions,
and a spare parts kit.
HWS-802HW
Constant Heat Portable Hand Wheel Sealer
The HWS-802HW is a constant heat hand wheel sealer that can seal plastic
material in any configuration with a 5mm seal width. You can seal any length
material. Once mastered, you will be delighted with the sealer's simplicity
& ease of operation. Seal polyethylene or cellophane by moving the Teflon
coated 5mm wide wheel along the material to be sealed. This versatile sealer
can make a round, oval, square or any other unique shape with a textured,
mesh seal. There is an adjustable temperature range from 150 to 300 degrees
F.

Easy to operate. Place the unit on the rack & plug into
an outlet. Turn on the temperature control knob to the setting that seals
the material. Allow the unit to heat up for approximately 10 minutes. Place
the material to be sealed on the heat resisant rubber mat & roll the
hand wheel sealer across the material. A few trial runs may be necessary
to determine the correct temperature setting & speed.
