I - BAR SEALERS
Designed for shrink film packaging, but can also be used for poly bag sealing. It works just like a hand sealer. Sealer usually comes with round wire for cut and seal. Depending on the model of the machine, film up to 34" wide and 0.025mm (100 gauge) thickness can be used. All sealers are of steel construction including the work base for quality and durability. Timer, heat gun holder, film roller, film separator and cutter unit are some of the different features of the sealers. Easy to operate. Insert the product between the 2 layers of center fold film and press down the sealing bar. Pull the sealed package slightly away from the sealing bar. The element wire will cut and seal the edge. Now turn it over and seal the other side. Apply hot air using heat gun to shrink the film uniformly.
W
series comes in ivory. Available in 14", 20", 26", 30" and 35" with a
round or 2.7mm seal width. Manufacturer's replacement kit comes with
3 round elements and 2 teflon adhesives.

I - BAR SEALERS with CUTTER
I-bar sealers with cutter can be considered as universal sealers. It has the features of a hand sealer, hand sealer with cutter, and an I-bar sealer. Can be used to seal or cut and seal poly bags, tubings and films.
W series comes in ivory,
the cutting length of 14", 20", 26", 30" and 35" are 12", 18", 24",
28" and 33" respectively.Manufacturer's kit includes 3 flat elements and
2 teflon adhesives and 1 blade.
The sealer is exactly like the W-I-Bar series except with the cutter unit
attached on the right side of the sealing bar. The blade cuts 5/8" from the
seal.

L - BAR SEALERS
Designed for shrink packaging, one step cuts and seals film up to 24" wide depending on the model of the sealer. Sealers are of steel construction for quality & durability. Equipped with an electronic timer to control the sealing time. All sealers come with film separator, work table, twin perforating hole punchers and film roller.

series comes in blue color. The first number in the model number denotes
the vertical length of the sealing bar. Manufacturer's replacement kit includes
2 elements, 1 washer, 1 hook and 1 spring. Automatic model is equipped
with a magnet for automatic release, and an adjustable height table for sealing
packages of different height

cut off the film. Apply hot air using heat gun to shrink the film tightly
around the package.
