HEAVY DUTY SEALERS
Heat Sealers Heavy Duty Thermal Impulse Sealers are industrial quality machines constructed from welded steel. All sealers are pneumatically powered and calculated to provide an airtight/watertight seal. Each unit features a low pressure safety close and redundant emergency stop features. The sealers an be constructed as tabletop units or in seal lengths of up to 240 inches. Each sealer is ideal for sealing ranges of material including polyethylene, laminated films, nylon and even Teflon. Sealers are available in either standard thermal impulse or with repeatable and verifiable controls for medical or specialty applications.
Horizontal Sealers - Are open back feed thru offset sealers. Material
can be introduced from front-to-back or side-to-side.

Vertical Sealers - Are ideal for tall packages or freestanding liners
in drums or boxes. The sealing jaw is height adjustable and perfect for manual
or conveyor operations.

The Heatsealers Model B.A.S.S. is an unobstructed seal jaw available in 15
and 30-inch seal lengths. The unique cantilever design makes this ideal for
applications such as:
1) Fabrication of belts or filters.
2) Splicing rolls of foam or fabric where a continuous web is required.
3) Sealing box liners or valves of large chemical or food bags.
4) Bag out operations.
Each sealer is freestanding with an option for lock down casters which allow for ease of transportation inside your facility. The machine is adjustable for a sealing height of approximately 40-72 inches from the floor.
Our unique Heatsealers sealing head can be pivoted within a 180-degree range. Controls are pneumatic and push button or foot pedal activation is available.
