AUTOMATIC VERTICAL BAGGING MACHINES

 Model VB-253B &

 Model VB-245 offer distinct advantages over the use of "pre-made" bags.

 The machine actually forms the bag around the product using centerfolded film, as opposed to inserting the product into a pre-formed bag. This reduces raw material costs by as much as 60 percent.

 Additionally, because there is no need for the operator to open the bag or insert the product into a limited area, productivity is dramatically increased. The operator merely places the product into the film. The machine then advances the film into the sealing area. The bag is sealed and cut and the completed product is ejected.

Material: Centerfolded low density polyethylene or polyolefin shrink film.
Operating speeds up to 40 packages per minute depending on packing size.
